What does winsym.ai actually do?
We are an AI consulting agency in Kuala Lumpur focused on education. Most of our work is training and coaching: HRD Corp claimable AI courses for teams, and coaching for leaders who want AI to change how the company runs. When a company outgrows off-the-shelf tools, the same team designs and builds custom software.
Are your courses HRD Corp claimable?
Yes. Our courses are delivered by HRD Corp-certified trainers and are structured for claims. Employers registered with HRD Corp can apply to use their levy; we prepare the course documentation you need for the grant application.
Do you only teach ChatGPT?
No. We teach a method that works across tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and automation platforms like Make or n8n — and we use whichever your company already licenses.
Can you train in-house at our office?
Yes. Most courses run in-house, on-site in the Klang Valley or at your premises elsewhere in Malaysia, so exercises use your real documents and processes.
How is coaching different from a course?
A course builds skills in one or two days. Coaching runs over weeks and makes the new habits stick: we check what people actually use, fix what is not working and measure the change.
When does custom software make sense?
